STEPS Behavioral Health of Maryland is looking to hire a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

This position offers a competitive pay of $70 - $90 hourly. We compensate our team for both direct client work and administrative duties.
We also offer excellent benefits and perks, including health, dental, vision insurance, an individual retirement account (IRA), continuing education units (CEUs), paid time off (PTO), and extensive support and training.

Founded in 2008, we support families and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals. We utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) to guide behavioral interventions and facilitate learning for our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you enable us to assist more clients during challenging times. You develop individualized treatment plans to help clients reduce or eliminate undesired behaviors.
You work closely with parents, supporting and training them to benefit their children. You supervise therapists and serve as a resource, ensuring treatment plans are correctly implemented. You take pride in your work and find fulfillment in improving your clients' lives!
QUALIFICATIONS
