Spectrum of Hope in Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to mentor a team of RBTs, design treatment plans that translate into real-life outcomes, and partner with families to set meaningful goals and measure progress. You’ll provide direct supervision, ensure ethical, compassionate care, and collaborate with a clinical team that values your voice and vision.
