Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run functional behavior assessments and write individualized behavior plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs and caregivers during 1:1 sessions and off-site meetings.
• Check caregiver proficiency and coach caregivers on carrying out the plan.
• Analyze data, track client outcomes, and make treatment recommendations.
• Manage cases from start to finish and work with teachers and other providers.

is partnering with a well-established ABA provider owned and run by BCBAs. They're hiring BCBAs in one of their highest-need markets.

Location and settings:

Lakeland (Polk County), 2 openings. The work is split between the Lakeland clinic, local schools and in-home. Most clients are in Lakeland, with some in nearby Bartow and Winter Haven.

Schedule:

Full-time preferred. Part-time considered.

Start strong:

Their team can match your cases and complete initial assessments while you work out your notice. That way you start close to full hours, instead of slowly building a caseload.

Pay:

$50–$55/hr, depending on experience (W-2)

• One flat rate for all your work, direct and indirect, with no separate non-billable rate
