Job summary

Positive Behavior Health Developments (PBHD) is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our growing ABA team in Tampa, Florida. We are expanding to deliver high-quality services to children and families under a contractor model (1099).

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and Medicaid provider number, be fluent in English, and have strong assessment-writing and treatment-planning skills. Familiarity with ABA software like ABA Matrix, CentralReach or Office Puzzle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Medicaid Provider number is required.
• Strong assessment-writing and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must work as a contractor (1099).
• Familiarity with ABA software systems (ABA Matrix, CentralReach, Office Puzzle) is a bonus.
• Manageable caseload design to balance provider workload.
