Job summary

Progressive Talent Solutions is hiring BCBAs in Brandon/Valrico for full-time positions in schools and in-home settings. The role offers a flat hourly rate and direct supervision to ensure consistent hours and caseload.

Work with a team led by experienced BCBAs and enjoy mentorship, CEUs, and growth opportunities within a clinician-owned ABA provider. Requirements include a master's degree in ABA or approved field and an active BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Run functional behavior assessments and write individualized behavior plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs and caregivers during 1:1 sessions and off-site meetings.
• Check caregiver proficiency and coach caregivers on carrying out the plan.
• Analyze data, track client outcomes, and make treatment recommendations.
• Manage cases from start to finish and work with teachers and other providers.

BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Progressive Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established, BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider to hire BCBAs in one of their highest-need markets.

Location & Settings:

Brandon/Valrico (Hillsborough County), 2 openings – schools and in-home across the Brandon/Valrico area.

Schedule:

Full-time preferred; part-time considered

Start strong:

Their team can match your cases and complete initial assessments while you work out your notice, so you start close to full hours instead of slowly building a caseload.

Pay:

$50–$55/hr, based on experience (W-2)

How the pay works

• One flat rate for all your work, direct and indirect, with no separate non-billable rate
• No lower rate based on a client's insurance
• Paid indirect hours and paid supervision time
• Hourly with an open caseload, so your income doesn't hinge on cancellations. If a session cancels, you see another client.
