Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a respected behavioral health organization serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Omaha area. The role focuses on in-person assessments, ABA treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, BCBA certification, experience with ASD, and reliable transportation for local visits.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
  • Access to reliable transportation for in-person visits around Omaha.
  • Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based strategies for skill development and behavioral support
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans using data and analysis
  • Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in each child’s care
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
