Job summary

Total Care ABA, a growing provider of ABA services, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Virginia-based operations. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling with fully remote opportunities and potential in-person or hybrid options depending on state requirements.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, analyze data, and support clients and families. Virginia residency and current BCBA and LBA licenses are required; salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Virginia LBA license.
• Must reside in Virginia.
• Experience supervising RBTs and data-based ABA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports.
• Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach.
