Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and treatment fidelity in home settings.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Modify treatment plans based on data and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with BACB ethics and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in the home setting

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients\' homes
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
