Total Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-clinic or hybrid role in New Bern, NC. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct caregiver training, and document progress. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Must reside within commuting distance of New Bern, NC.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst).
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving lives through evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct caregiver training and support families during treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other evaluations.
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do:

As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
