Job summary

Total Care ABA in New Bern, NC is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to join our clinical team under BCBA supervision. You will design and implement individualized ABA treatment programs helping children with autism reach meaningful milestones.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, implementing behavior plans, analyzing data, supervising RBTs, training families, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • BCaBA certification must be current.
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Eligible to provide ABA services in North Carolina.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) a plus.
  • North Carolina Medicaid experience preferred.

What You'll Do
