Role Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions via various modalities (virtual, VR, etc.)
• Provide parent education and supervise program implementation
• Ensure accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Train and support team members
• Develop and review treatment and support plans
• Maintain communication with families and staff
• Meet billing and clinical documentation standards

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, childhood development, education, or related field
• BCBA certification required
• At least two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience managing a full ABA caseload
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and IEP processes
• Ability to travel and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in computer software

Physical and Other Requirements

• Visual, physical, and mobility requirements typical for clinical roles

Salary

$80,000 - $90,000 plus stipends and incentives
