Qualifications

• Experience with dual diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavioral assessment and treatment protocols under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services and psychiatrist.
• Collaborate as a multi-disciplinary team to address patient needs and discharge planning.
• Perform formal behavioral analysis procedures for selected target behaviors.
• Coordinate behavioral assessment and treatment protocols for all patients.
• Model and teach behavioral plans to staff/families/caregivers/outpatient teams.
• Provide supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
• Prepare and maintain data collection sheets, graphs, and data analysis for patients.
• Timely documentation of services provided.
• Facilitate family/caregiver training sessions and scheduling.
