Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in Boise for in-home ABA services to neurodivergent youth aged 1–18. We offer part-time and full-time openings with flexible scheduling and professional autonomy within the Progressive ABA framework.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Experience delivering in-home ABA services.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and Progressive ABA framework.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs with ongoing monitoring.
  • Implement behavior plans with regular evaluation.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Train and support parents and caregivers in strategies and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entries.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

Key Responsibilities
