Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in Boise and the Treasure Valley. This in-home role offers flexible scheduling and both part-time and full-time openings, with competitive compensation and an annual bonus opportunity based on defined metrics totaling a potential 70k–108k.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collaborate with families and professionals, and provide training to parents while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
  • In-home ABA experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
  • Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Train and support parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

Key Responsibilities
