Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team. This role offers flexible scheduling and remote options, with some states offering in-person or hybrid arrangements.

You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, analyze data, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (Virginia LBA) active.
• Residence in VA or WV required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports
• Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach
