Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Achievers ABA is currently looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who will be responsible for developing an effective ABA therapy treatment plan for children, providing supervision and training to staff to oversee treatment fidelity, and collaborating with colleagues in an energetic and supportive environment focused on quality and ethics.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to staff implementing treatment protocols in various settings
• Complete FBAs, FAs, and design behavior intervention plans
• Develop skill acquisition protocols
• Review data and train staff on data collection
• Oversee cases, staff, and family to ensure policy adherence and ethical practice
• Train parents and professionals on ABA applications
• Comply with regulations and maintain BACB certification
• Collaborate with other professionals and participate in meetings and training
• Perform other duties as assigned

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Experience designing treatment protocols and behavior plans
• Experience collaborating with professionals in various settings

• Supervision and ethics training per BACB requirements
