Job summary

Behavior Plus ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tennessee. The role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements and a focus on evidence-based ABA practices to improve client lives.

You will • develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans; • supervise RBTs; • conduct assessments and adjust goals; • collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams; • maintain high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000
• Full-Time: 30 - 40 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Tennessee (Can be Remote/Hybrid)
