Job summary

Chimes International Limited is seeking a full-time BCBA for our Maryland/Baltimore area team. The role focuses on conducting functional assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and leading clinical decision-making using ABA principles.

You will provide coaching and mentorship to staff, analyze data to refine interventions, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant within a multidisciplinary care setting. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA and/or IDD services preferred.
• Strong clinical communication and collaboration abilities.
• Dedication to ethical practice and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
