Job summary

Ability Builders ABA Co. in Indiana is seeking a clinic-based BCBA to conduct assessments, develop and monitor behavior plans, and supervise RBTs in our clinic setting. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

Role Overview:


As a clinic based BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, and supervising RBTs in the clinic setting. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Maintain communication and collaboration with families and other service providers.

  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
