New Story Schools is seeking a BCBA to lead behavior support across classrooms for students ages 5–21 with autism and related behavioral and developmental challenges. You will align behavior plans with IEP goals and mentor classroom staff to implement individualized strategies.
You will guide proactive behavior management, analyze data to refine plans, and work with school and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality programming and compliance across campuses.
