Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team on a part-time basis. The position involves in-home services, flexible hours, and supervision of RBTs, with a focus on family-centered ABA for children with autism.

Candidates must hold a BCBA in good standing, have a Master's degree in a relevant field, and AZ licensure or the ability to obtain it. The role offers growth, support from clinical leadership, and home-based options.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• AZ licensure or ability to obtain licensure is required.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams.
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards in all services.
