Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in the Baltimore, Maryland area. You will assess and treat children with autism, collaborate with families and a clinical team, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Maryland LBA or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure.
• Experience with children diagnosed with ASD preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Baltimore area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
