Friendship Community Care in Marshall, Arkansas, seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for clients with developmental and behavioral challenges. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, design individualized goals and behavior plans, ensure data collection and CARF compliance, and provide training to families and staff.
Qualifications include a Masters in behavior analysis or related field and BCBA certification, plus at least three years

The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with behavioral and social/communication challenges.
