Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a pediatrics-focused role with a low caseload (6 clients) and work‑life balance. You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy, supervise staff, and collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and nursing to support children with ASD and developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, high-quality outcomes, and mentorship opportunities in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
