MedCare Pediatric Group, LP, in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a pediatrics-focused clinic with a low caseload of six clients. You will design and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and mentor RBTs and BTs while prioritizing family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• BCBA certification through BACB.
• Two years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans.
• Provide parent and caregiver education across environments.
• Collaborate with related disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
