Your Role

As a BCBA, you'll be crucial in providing engaging and effective behavior analysis services to children in Maryland and DC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence‑based practices.
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct services to children to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Providing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Maintaining organized and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Ensuring that all services are delivered in compliance with applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintaining a minimum of 10 billable hours per week, ensuring a consistent and manageable workload.

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Valid licensure as a BCBA in both Maryland and DC.

Billing & Work Expectations

As part of your role, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week, working in both school and clinic settings to provide comprehensive and effective behavior analysis services to our clients. This expectation ensures that you have a consistent and manageable workload.
