Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center is seeking fun-loving BCBAs to join our Sunshine Center Team on a part-time basis with after-school, early evening, and weekend hours. We offer competitive hourly rates ($80–$90/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package for part-time staff, including medical/dental/vision options and paid sick leave.

Join a BHCOE-accredited pediatric care team, collaborate with clinicians, supervise RBTs, and support families with evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs using CentralReach.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and QA support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
