Sunny Days Sunshine Center in Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking fun-loving and passionate BCBAs to join our Sunshine Center Team. We offer part-time and full-time positions with flexible schedules and strong support from an experienced clinical group.

As part of our Sunshine Center, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, and collaborate with a caring, growth‑driven team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Strong clinical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs.
