Pediatric Behavior Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Metro Detroit area. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person services with telehealth supervision and family engagement sessions as needed. Hybrid Position – Metro Detroit Area (Home, Community & School-Based Services)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Hourly or Salaried (Competitive & Negotiable)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a BCBA who:
- Is passionate about family engagement and caregiver collaboration
- Has experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and community-based supports
- Enjoys working in home, school, and community settings
- Can conduct telehealth supervision and parent sessions when appropriate
- Has knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and social-emotional supports
- Works well within multidisciplinary teams
- Has school-based experience (preferred but not required)
- Competitive and negotiable pay (hourly or salaried)
- Flexible scheduling with primarily daytime hours
- Supportive, collaborative work culture
- Clinical mentorship and access to materials and resources
- Annual CEU budget to support ongoing professional growth
