Kona Medical Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) in the Detroit, MI area. The role supports Pediatric Behavior Solutions and offers a hybrid position, combining in-person services with telehealth supervision and family engagement sessions as needed. Hybrid Position – Metro Detroit Area (Home, Community & School-Based Services)
Responsibilities
- Is passionate about family engagement and caregiver collaboration
- Has experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and community-based supports
- Enjoys working in home, school, and community settings
- Can conduct telehealth supervision and parent sessions when appropriate
- Has knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and social-emotional supports
- Works well within multidisciplinary teams
- Has school-based experience (preferred but not required)

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-person services
