Job summary

Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role based in Ohio. You will conduct assessments, design and monitor ABA plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families, schools, and healthcare providers.

You will ensure high-quality care, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and contribute to a mission-driven team focused on improving outcomes for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Current, active Ohio BCBA license.
  • Proven experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Experience with data collection and progress monitoring.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication to engage families and collaborate with healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions.
  • Provide direct supervision in collaboration with RBTs delivering ABA services to children with autism.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

  • Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

  • Provide direct consistent clinical supervision in collaboration with RBTs delivering ABA services to children with autism across clinical and home-based settings, ensuring treatment fidelity, staff competency, and meaningful client progress.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers.

  • Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Current, active Ohio BCBA license at the time of application.

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage clients’ families and collaborate with healthcare providers.

  • Experience in special education settings or behavioral health environments is preferred but not required.
