Childwise ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team, providing high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings. You will collaborate with families and clinical staff to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.

As a BCBA, you will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and train parents, ensuring thorough documentation and ongoing professional growth within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• OH COBA license or eligibility required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Experience supervising ABA programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

• Salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year
