Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA in Georgia to lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will craft behavior intervention programs and work with families and schools to drive measurable progress.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing mentorship, and balanced workloads, with a focus on growth, collaboration, and stable benefits for full-time clinicians in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
