Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Johns Creek, GA, is seeking a BCBA to oversee assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of RBTs. You will work with families, schools, and professionals to implement behavior-analytic programs and monitor progress.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration, and ongoing development opportunities within a team that supports growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
