Blue Gems ABA, based in Grovetown, GA, seeks a BCBA to lead clinical programs with supervision of RBTs and collaboration with families and schools. You will conduct assessments, develop plans, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality care for children.

The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for advancement within a team that values work-life balance and professional growth.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
