Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical programs for children. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to RBTs while collaborating with families and schools to ensure effective outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
