Behavior Frontiers in Palmdale, CA is seeking a BCBA to join our expanding ABA team, helping deliver life-changing services to children with autism. We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, perform assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams. We provide paid time off, loan repayment, maternity leave, and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
