Behavior Frontiers in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team. This full-time role offers a salary range of $82,000-$87,000 plus bonuses and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and at least 1 year of experience designing ABA programs for children with autism, with hands-on experience in VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments, plus knowledge of DTT and VB methodologies.
