Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.).
• Develop and monitor treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians.
• Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality for clients served
• Monitor client progress regularly through data analysis to ensure treatment integrity and progress
• Provide parent counseling/training
• Collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality, coordinated care
• Complete all treatment documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines and Astra ABA deadlines
• Maintain all documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, state, and insurance requirements
• Participate in company, clinical, and professional meetings or development activities as required

• Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Determine frequency and direction of services for children receiving ABA therapy
• Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality for clients served
• Monitor client progress regularly through data analysis to ensure treatment integrity and progress
• Provide parent counseling/training
• Collaborate effectively with other interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality, coordinated care
