Job summary

Astra ABA in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our clinical team. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and guide RBTs while supporting families and coordinating across settings.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst credential.
  • Eligibility to provide supervision per BACB requirements.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff while promoting positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Astra ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team. As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical team members. You will also educate and support families, while maintaining consistent communication regarding client goals, progress, and treatment recommendations.

What We Expect from Our BCBAs
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each client's strengths and areas of need.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members.

  • Educate and support families while maintaining consistent communication regarding client goals, progress, and treatment recommendations.

  • Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to promote continuity of care across settings.
