Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking remote BCBA professionals to join our team. You will conduct FBAs, design and supervise BIPs, mentor BCBA-Candidates and Technicians, and implement ABA-based treatment plans for children and families from home and community settings.

Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA or related field, active BCBA license in NY/NJ/NC, and malpractice insurance. This contractor role offers flexible hours and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field.
  • Active BCBA license in NY and/or NJ (also NC possible).
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential in NY and/or NJ (NC, NY, NJ).
  • Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling remotely.
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Experience with Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC assessments
  • Experience developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience developing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of DTT programming and naturalistic ABA programming
  • Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
  • Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise, evaluate, & mentor BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians.
  • Implement effective strategies for clients in home and community settings.
  • Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with ABA principles.
  • Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT).
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers and other school providers.
  • Conduct initial and reassessments and create FBIs/BIPs.
  • Monitor progress and report data analyses.
  • Provide support to families, technicians, and colleagues.
  • Ensure high standard of care and services.

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that connects quality ABA services to children with the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Historically, we have served school aged students in the North East region of the US since 2015. We are BCBA owned and operated agency with a mission is to build our ABA Professionals Network and connect these service providers to the communities that need ABA services on a daily basis. We are currently seeking remote Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)- who are dually licensed as Licensed Behvior Analysts (LBAs)- who have a strong commitment to the profession and to making a lasting impact in this community.We are looking for people with these credentials in New York State, New Jersey, and Georgia (Credentials in multiple states is a plus!).

Job Description:

As a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ABC Services you will...

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs)

  • Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Supervise, evaluate, & mentor, BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians

  • Implement effective strategies for our clients in home and community settings

  • Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families that are ethically aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT)

  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care with various other personnel including teachers, other school providers, etc.

  • Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans

  • Monitor progress and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression using RETHINK

  • Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective, multi-tiered stakeholder communication

  • Ensure high standard of care and services

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst License- NC, NY, and/or NJ

  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential-NC, NY, and/or NJ

  • Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling and Training with clients remotely

  • Malpractice Insurance

  • Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.

  • Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) for individuals with challenging behavior

  • Experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities

  • Knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming and implementation

  • Knowledge of naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and implementation

  • Flexibility and ability to promptly respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails

  • Successful completion of mandatory employee training

  • Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development

  • Multilingual is a plus!
