Job Responsibilities
  1. Conducting initial and/or ongoing in-home client assessments, which may include ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  2. Performing functional behavior assessments.
  3. Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.
  4. Providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) involved in one-on-one ABA services.
  5. Planning, overseeing, and evaluating the efforts of assigned staff to effectively address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires.
  6. Supervising the ongoing ABA programs, assessing program performance, and making adjustments as needed.
  7. Delivering ABA training to parents and other caregivers.
  8. Managing electronic client progress data using Rethink.
  9. Cultivating strong, supportive relationships with parents and caregivers.
  10. Demonstrating respect for cultural diversity and the ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly.
  11. Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Job Requirements
  1. Possession of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  2. Current BCBA certification.
  3. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  4. A collaborative and effective team member within a treatment team.
  5. Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
