Java Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Avondale clinic. You will work closely with the center director to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and families, delivering and supervising treatment plans in-person at the Avondale location.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and commitment to best practices in ABA therapy, with a focus on compassionate feedback and client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Arizona licensure in good standing.
• Experience with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and treatment approaches.
• Strong understanding of BACB supervision requirements.
• Ability to deliver and receive clear, compassionate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve a caseload of clients in Avondale clinic, providing ABA therapy services.
• Collaborate with center director to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify client needs.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services, including parent training and consultation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
