Magnolia Behavior Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spokane team providing home-based ABA services to children with autism and their families.

As a BCBA with Magnolia, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment for children receiving services in their homes throughout the Spokane area.
Responsibilities:
Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Overseeing the implementation and ongoing evaluation of ABA treatment programs
Monitoring client progress and analyzing data to guide clinical decision-making
Providing clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians
Providing caregiver training and collaborating with families to help generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
Making treatment modifications based on client progress, clinical data, and individual needs
Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to maintain high‑quality, consistent care
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participating in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
We’re looking for a BCBA who brings sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with children, families, and team members.
Required Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Current Washington State licensure (LBA)
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Reliable transportation for home-based services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team
Both experienced BCBAs and newer clinicians who are looking for a supportive environment in which to continue developing their skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $50–$70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

We offer scheduling flexibility while working to meet the needs of the children and families we serve. Preferred availability is approximately 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.
