The Treetop ABA in Arizona is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role, combining in-clinic and remote work with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. The job offers a strong base salary of 90K–110K plus monthly bonus potential and a generous sign-on bonus up to 20K for qualified LBAs.

We provide student loan repayment, a fully paid 3-week sabbatical after 36 months, competitive PTO, CEU support, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for growth and leadership within a supportive, ethical clinical team.
