The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led team delivering high-quality ABA care. This full-time role offers a remote-friendly schedule with quarterly travel, a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus monthly bonuses, and flexible, supportive supervision.

You will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families while maintaining a manageable caseload. Arizona licensure and BCBA certification are required.
