The Treetop ABA in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, clinician-led team. This role emphasizes clinical care with strong support, leadership mentoring, and flexible scheduling in a hybrid work environment.

You will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes while balancing a manageable caseload and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit.

• Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
