Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and current.
• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in line with best practices and ethics.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff involved in client care.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes per policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards in behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
