Job summary

Admire ABA in Germantown, MD seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral assessments, design tailored interventions, and supervise staff within a compassionate, mission-driven team.

You will work closely with families and professionals to ensure consistent application across settings and adhere to ethical standards, documenting progress and staying current with advances in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and ASD.
• Strong collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
