Admire ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA in Maryland to lead behavioural assessments and design tailored intervention plans for children with ASD. You will supervise behaviour technicians, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
